We constantly broaden the scope of our didactic offer by introducing new fields of studies and specializations which are adapted to educational needs and the labor market forecasts. Taking into consideration the fact that education plays the crucial role in the creation of integrated society we strive to prevent discrimination and marginalization of the disadvantaged groups of the society.

To ensure highest quality of education and research level, KPU cooperates with institutions from entire world.KPU has been cooperating with many universities in Poland and several dozen abroad, eg. in Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Italy, Portugal, France and others. Knowing how important the international environment is for the quality of education, KPU offers students a wide range of study programs conducted in English and promotes internationalization by recruiting foreign students and through exchange, mainly thanks to the Erasmus + Program. The cooperation with foreign universities and companies has become a source of opportunities for transfer of innovation facilitating modernization of the study programs. Participation in the program allows to share good practices not only with Partner Universities, other students and KPU employees but also with the local community. Thanks to the acquired experience, our lecturers can adapt their curricula to European and world standards, making it easier for students to start a professional career.

KPU attaches great importance to student mobility as international experience is an crucial condition of European high-quality education.Internationalization is among the strategic priorities in the development plans of our University. Internationalization is not only the exchange of experiences within the framework of agreements with foreign partners but also promotion of foreign language learning, introduction of international content into curricula, joint education programs with foreign universities and many other activities, through which education receives transnational dimension.

KPU places great emphasis on the quality of mobility and equal treatment of all students and employees. Each incoming student is registered in the KPU system for the exchange / study period and is treated the same, he has the same rights as all students. There are no tuition fees charged for students from the exchange. Students after completing mobility receive Transcript of Records, which contains all their learning achievements gained during the exchange. Study periods and student achievements under the Erasmus +Program, and not only, receive full academic recognition.

Being aware that not all of our students have the opportunity to go abroad, whether for personal, professional or financial reasons, KPU strives to provide such students with the opportunity of international experience. We focus mainly on organizing lectures with people from abroad, inviting foreign lecturers as well as personalities and experts to share knowledge and experience, organizing international conferences and events with guests from abroad and by internationalizing the environment, i.e. encouraging foreign students to study at KPU and employing foreign lecturers.

KPU constantly cooperates with universities and companies from around the world, focusing not only on EU countries, but also reaching further and developing cooperation with India and China and has plans to have extensive cooperation with other countries. The university's strategy for the coming years includes plans to expand cooperation with Western Europe and Asia. It is associated with a huge, constantly growing and noticeable interest in cooperation with KPU and Polish Universities in general from countries such as Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, as well as India and China. In the case of Belarus, Russia, Lithuania or Ukraine cultural proximity, as well as the geographical designation is an important factor for mobility and cooperation.

Our lecturers and administrative staff are intensively encouraged to participate in the program.
